Manifest Beads now carries vintage lucite beads in a rainbow of colors!
Lucite was first developed by Dupont in the 1930's as an alternative to expensive Bakelite plastic. Beads made from Lucite were very popular in the 1950's and were used in costume jewelry. These beads are not manufactured anymore and are production overages. These Lucite beads come in very vibrant colors and are very light-weight. Come check them out!
